Lampranthus is a genus of plants in the family Aizoaceae. One of the species in this genus is L. roseus, the mini ice plant. Other species in this genus include L, haworthii and L. aberdeen. All Lampranthus species flower between June and August with flower colours including red, orange, peach, yellow and light pink through to magenta and purple.
