Stachys corsica, Pers. Slender procumbent pilose herb: leaves about 1/2 inch long, petioled, ovate, very obtuse, broadly crenate, base rounded or subcordate; floral leaves smaller: floral whorls 2-4-flowered, remote: calyx campanulate, hispid, teeth lanceolate, acute, subspiny; corolla pinkish white, twice as long as the calyx, the tube short-exserted. Medit. region. CH
