Scutellaria brittonii, Porter. Glandular-or viscid-pubescent, branching from the base, 4-8 in. high: lvs. oblong or oval, sessile and entire or the lowest short-petioled and slightly crenulate: fls. solitary in the axils; corolla blue (pale blue and white according to some). Wyo. and Colo., and probably W. Neb. B.B. (ed. 2) 3:108.— Allied to S. resinosa. CH
