Phalaenopsis rosea, Lindl. Lvs. oblong, dark green, obliquely retuse: scape about a foot long, nodding, dark purple, bearing 12-14 fls.; sepals and petals ovate, obtuse, white, tinged with pink in the center; labellum rose- colored, scarcely longer than the sepals; lateral lobes small, lunate, middle lobe ovate.
