Nephrolepis viridissima, Pierson, from superbissima. Lvs. dark green, rigid, erect, with twisted, closely imbricated pinnae. Inherits the irregularity of superbissima and represents a 1-pinnate reversion. Found to be too slow-growing and too stiff to be valuable for trade.
