Lantana involucrata, Linn. Low, much-branched bush, with obscurely 4-angled gray branches, and blunt, ovate, small, crenate-dentate leaves: flowers small, nearly or quite equaled by the ovate involucre-bracts. Trop. Amer., reaching north to S. Fla. and S. Texas.—Said to be occasionally cultured indoors for the light lilac or white flowers. CH
