Grevillea hilliana, F. Muell. Large tree, with minutely tomentose young branches: lvs. 6-8 in. or more long, sometimes entire and obovate-oblong or elliptical and very obtuse, sometimes deeply divided or even pinnatifid: fls. red, small and very many in dense cylindrical racemes 4-8 in. long, silky outside, glabrous or nearly so inside: fr. nearly 1 in. long, slightly compressed. B.M. 7524.—Pink and white varieties are mentioned.
