Stoloniferous: lvs. linear-oblong, narrowing toward the base, glistening above: fls. spotted with sprightly green; calyx-lobes more or less spreading, oval, abruptly contracted at the base. May, June. Limestone rocks, Alps.—Considered by Correvon the handsomest species of the whole genus. CH
