Blechnum brasiliense is a fern in the genus Blechnum that is native to South America.
This is one of the better known and more common species of Blechnum in warmer climates. It forms a small trunk. On some forms, the new fronds emerge a beautiful pinkish-red, making the fern very attractive.

Blechnum brasiliense, Desv. Growing from a stout, slightly arborescent trunk 1 ft. or more long: Lvs. 2-3 ft. long, 1 ft. or more wide, with the pinnae set at an acute angle with the rachis, the lower much shorter and more distant. Brazil.—Rather tender in Cent. Fla. and needs protection during winter.
